My first visit, the nurse was extremely friendly asked many questions regarding my health. When the doctor came in, she spent less than 5 minutes with me, left with very little interaction, and I was told I needed an ultrasound because she couldn’t feel things properly? But the nurse came back in to tell me that.
Dr Guerrero is a very caring person and has a great personality!
My appointmens with Dr.carbine Lambert has always been very professional and I also like her assistant, she's also very. Professional.
She is an incredible Dr & surgeon. Listens carefully & considers all diagnoses. Wonderful at calming anxious patients.
Not good. Saw her for the first time and she didn’t spend but 5 minutes with me. She never asked what kind of hormone replacement I used so I left the office without my prescription. Called for two weeks and never got a call back. Not the best way to do business.
My ultrasound results were not ready for my appointment w/Dr. Lambert even though I was told they were. I wasted 2 hours of my workday. The doctor apologized and said the passwords were lost, and she will call me to discuss the results. She never did. I placed multiple calls to the facility, and no response. Changing the healthcare provider. I am simply amazed how they treat their patients. If I could, I would give zero stars.
This office went through management change at the end of January, 2021- anyone having a technical issue should not place blame on the provide- Her caring, gentle, competent bedside manner has not changed
I spoke with her office in lake Mary on Wednesday of last week and was told to come in to sign paperwork, when I got there today, the entire place was closed up and the phone number no longer works! Terrible! They don’t let their patients know anything!
The doctor is great! Very attentive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The reason for the 1 star missing was when I called the office to schedule an appointment I was placed on hold for 25 minutes and when I called back to let them know they acted somewhat surprised. Face to face they are pretty friendly though. But, for first impressions with the office wasn’t such a great one.
