Called for a very urgent pickup from MIA Airport on Friday. Had confirmation over the phone with "boss" that it would be picked up later that day. Asked me to email him documents for the pickup which I did. 4 days later Customs notifies me Tuesday. I owe $750 ($150 a day) because shipment wasn't picked up. Called to find out what happened. Excuse was they never received my email. No follow up, no call to let me know anything. Said they wouldn't help one bit with the charges or to even help out on discounting the pickup.
