I placed an order with this company spent close to 1400 dollars, I haven’t received any correspondence from them on numerous phone calls and emails. Just trying to see what the status is. All I got was they received the order and the credit card is processing… buyer beware their customer service sucks!!!!
Online order of item supposedly in stock, but order disappeared. Terrible customer service. No one ever answers phone or returns voice mails or emails. No status change on order for weeks when it was supposed to ship in 2-7 days. Can’t get an update. I don’t think they are actually open for business, just an automated online company with no workers to fill orders.

Ordered crossbars back in April 5th. One month goes by and I dont have any news. I call cargogear and the guy says I should have it by beginning of June. It's been 2 months and not a word from him. I call back to cancel my order and no apologies, just a "ok, it's cancelled." Don't order from cargogear unless you like wasting time.
