nitially very polite and punctual. The guys were professional, friendly and prompt. The moving blankets were dirty and wet. The guys were tipped well $250. Unfortunately there was damage to a veneered piece of furniture. Jazz said that a professional would be there to fix it. Never showed show Jaz decided that he would attempt to fix the issue himself - bad judgement.
