They know I'm an idiot yet they treat me like I'm smart! – I have been going to these guys since I moved here in 2004. Great people skill, low quality, unwilling to resolve problems – My wife used the shop 5-9 times for small repairs and the state inspections since the owner is very friendly and the shop has convenient location. Last time my wife took the car to the shop for tire balancing. Jimmy called and suggested to perform the brake work. I refused since a bit paranoid on this. They used to be stellar, now they've fizzled. – I was a customer of WW for years. Up until recently, they provided stellar service. My only peeve was that they never called you with information even when they always said they would. Now, I will never go back there. I brought the car there for the 100k mile service. We asked them to replace all belts, hoses, plugs and wires, everything that would normally be replaced by now as nothing had been replaced up until then. Expert Honest Car Service – I've been a customer for three years. The owner remembered my name after the first visit. The White-Wall crew seems to love their work and they have great attitude toward customers. I have a high comfort level with their diagnosis. Fantastic Auto Shop – If you are looking for a great auto shop, I highly recommend White Wall Auto. The staff is very nice and friendly. The service is great and the prices are unbeatable. I have been going to White Wall Auto for the past two years and I'll never take my car anywhere else as long as I live in Raleigh. They have made a life-time customer out of me.
