Two and half hours into a road trip to Colorado, my car broke down. The team at Carfix was amazing in helping me get back on the road. Tim was extremely helpful in explaining everything and finding me a hotel for the night in a town I don't know. John was more than willing to drive my 2 dogs, daughter and me to the hotel and find the parts needed to fix my car as fast as possible. I had an awesome experience! I made two appointments with these guys, for an inspection and for brake fluid replacement, and both times I was out within an hour! Thank you Dave for being able to work so quickly on my car! Definitely took the stress off my shoulders, and for a less expensive price than other places. I don't know a tremendous amount about cars, but Tim was able to bring me up to speed and really made me feel informed and comfortable leaving my car in their hands. 10/10

Great group of guys that work at the Hillsborough location in Raleigh. They are very professional and precise with their work and with customers. I give them a 10/10 and I will definitely do business with them again in the future. I went in for front brakes and rotors on my dodge durango and the did an amazing job. They're parts are far better than the one's I recently had from the dealership and they come with a great warranty.

I have been coming to Carfix for three years now for any car troubles, and every time I have had an amazing experience! The employees are so helpful and knowledgeable, specifically Tim. He has been very reliable and informative. I have gotten oil changes, air filter replacements, and other regular system maintenance, and everything has been perfect!
