Deep thanks to Tim, who was calm, asked questions, listened, and clearly stated how my problem could be quickly/easily solved -- and happily for me my car was fixed and ready to go exactly as promised. I came into Carfix for a routine safety inspection. What I got was the best car repair experience in my life. Steven and the entire staff were great! The car service was excellent, and I really appreciated the time and attention they gave me throughout the process. Steven went above and beyond by taking the time to talk with me about performance upgrades and what those modifications could potentially mean for my car’s warranty. He made sure I understood my options and had all the information I needed to make an informed decision, rather than ever feeling pressured. It’s refreshing to receive great service from people who genuinely... read more

I have been using Carfix for several years and they do a great job at a fair price. Tim (and staff) are very thorough and always looking to make sure the customer is satisfied with their service. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Carfix on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh.
