Poor follow through and dealer often seemed overwhelmed. Car had an rollback issue on odometer that dealer did not make an effort to discuss or educate about. Seems like they should have had that cleared up before selling.
Great customer service and professional assistance. Clarified specifics on the vehicle and dealer was helpful and friendly. Did a wonderful job of submitting video presentation that showed the details of the vehicle before I took it for a test drive.
I decided on a different car but the dealer was very responsive and helpful.
I got a call from Zac from the Car Finders dealership the next day after I requested additional information of the car I was interested in. Zac answered all my questions and was very courteous, assertive, and honest about the few blemishes on the car. I would recommend this dealership to future buyers.
