My experience was absolutely amazing. Let me start with Mayra , the best sells rep ever. She worked with me and didn’t waste my time. She answered all my questions and concerns and got me what I wanted. If you are in need of a vehicle and your credit is not to good call and let Mayra help you out. The entire team was awesome and I thank you all.
I am going to steer clear of this company. The negative experiences people are writing about seem to be more accurate. I dropped by this location after inquiring about their in house financing. I was greeted by two young women who took my information. Johnnay was the associate assigned to help me. This company is garbage!!! Do not I REPEAT do not purchase a car from here ! This is sub prime lending at its finest and most of the stuff they do is illegal. They told me I would be able to get home if I was not able to get into a car however, they were closing after making me stay there all day and was going to leave me stranded 9 months pregnant after they came to pick to me up earlier from a hour a way and confirmed they would make sure I am good to get home driving off in my own . Highly recommend!… Update: My check engine light came on 3months after having vehicle with multiple things needing to be fixed.
