I normally post reviews when I have a complaint. This time ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS. Customer service, honestly and beyond reliable. I actually was going through the final purchase process and he had another customer as well. Chris made sure he was there for the last steps. ensuring things were going along in a timely fashion. He made sure I got the most for my trade in. Overall 5 stars.

I was veryhesitate to buy such a big purchase of ebay. but i took a chance on a 4x4 van (yes they exist) . have not had chance to try in snow yet. my only complaint is it is to get into 4 wheel its a lever not button.

I bought an SUV from Chris with this firm, sight unseen. I did this based on his positive feedback. Upon delivery, there were several problems, but in time, Chris did what was reasonable to make things right. I could have been happier with the sale, but I could also have been out a lot more money for repairs had not Chris worked with me to reach an agreement. He will work with a buyer on legitimate complaints.

I recently purchased a vehicle from chris at carey motors in philadelphia. C Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to do business with. We got great price for our purchase. We plan on using them in the future for another car purchase.

The owner is an outright liar and uses shady business practices to scam customers. I PAID FOR (see below why I put in all caps) a vehicle I bought on eBay using wire transfer. Due to the description AND conversation via phone I decided to place a bid above market value. That was a huge mistake! Once I received the vehicle I immediately noticed several issues. I had a good experience with Carey Motors. I purchased a 14-year-old Chevy Suburban 2500. The truck was in nice condition. I bought the vehicle on the first warm day in March and when driving home the AC was not working. I called Carey and he said to bring back for his mechanic to take a look. They replaced the compressor (not a inexpensive fix) and I picked up and AC works fine. I frankly did not expect them to fix at no cost. I was pleased.

I made the mistake of putting a deposit on a vehicle before looking at it with my physical eyes. When driving the distance to 'pick it up', I realized the condition did not match the 'excellent condition' that was claimed. A large portion of the vehicle had obviously been painted, thus giving it a 'shiny, clean look'.The seller admitted they paint a lot of the vehicles before they sell them but it was not all stated in the ad. So don't do as I did: Watch Out and do your homework before committing to any vehicle here!

I bought a 90,000 mile, 9 yr old truck on e-bay that was described as being "a beautiful Silverado in all respects", along with several other lines describing this truck to be beautiful and rust free. This was not even close to accurate. Upon recieving the truck, Chris offered to refund my money after I paid $1700 to have te truck shipped. I sent the truck back as agreed upon.
