Amazing Agent in the Greater Lansing Area. Carey strategically listed our house during a rough time in the market. While other homes were selling for 20-30k under listing, we closed well above asking price. Definitely knows the business. Also purchased two homes through Carey. She was patient, as we were looking for the perfect house, and made the process as painless as it can be for such a big purchase. Couldn’t be happier with our decision to work with Carey!
Carey was a great realtor to work with when we sold our house last year. She knows the market well and provided us with everything we needed to put a value on our house. She also gave us great advice about what things needed to be done to show the house and when some minor repairs were needed, she put us in touch with professionals who all did great work. She was always quick to respond and all in all, a great person to have as an agent. I'd give her 6 stars if I could. :-)
Carey was so wonderful in helping us to find our dream home. She always had valuable insight into all of the concerns we had when considering homes.
