I have nothing but praise for Dr Cottle and his staff. I have been his patient for over 25 years. He cares and it shows.
For this to be a mental health facility the front office manager n staff aren't really kind and or caring. My Dr. Is Regina n she is great but there's always an argument or tension with this damn front manager n it makes me want to leave. I'm clearly dealing with enough mental health as it is why would I want to feel bad about a place that's supposed to help me!!!! Just piss poor and ridiculous.
Extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Very responsive. Excellent staff. Quick to respond which you don’t see in medicine today. Very accessible.
Dr. Carey Cottle is a good listener. He doesn’t rush you in and out or talk too fast. I appreciate that. He is a good example for all physicians in his area of practice. I’ve been his patient for over 20 years.
