They refused my granddaughter treatment because of insurance issues and I ask Hope for a 1800 number and and she was RUDE and refused to give it to me. Then yesterday I took my granddaughter for a meds appointment and Hope told her she needed a code before she could be seen. Then she told my granddaughter she couldn’t be seen without an adult when I was right there. I drove her there I was in the lobby waiting for her mass appointment. So we just left. Does anyone here ever actually answer the phones??? Ive called since before Christmas and have yet to have anyone answer. This is ridiculous. But yet they don't want you to miss call in dates.

They have helped my adult son in many ways and he certainly has benefited from their services. They have addressed my son's needs and continue to do so without hesitation. I'm thankful to have their services
I took my son there when he was about 17 or so (he's 23 yrs old now) and they changed his life! He has autism and bipolar manic disorder. He wasn't diagnosed correctly at McKenzie Medical and the Dr here got him on the correct medication. We no longer live in Tennessee but I hope they see this and know he's still doing great (except for the seizures) Thanks for helping my son when no one else had a clue! I'd like to add that the medicaid in Tennessee is horrible! No dental or vision coverage??? What's up with that?? and find... read more
