"After being turned down from my lender for an 'unacceptable property' I was encouraged to try CMG. They responded to my text promptly and started the paperwork on Monday morning. Nine working days later I signed closing escrow papers at a half a percentage point lower than the declined deal! !They saved the deal! Excellent communication throughout the process. This lending agent and this company are bad. They lied to me about interest rates and points, then when I asked, they lied again. When my first bill came they inadvertently sent me my statement with another customer’s from TX. We had the same loan balance, interest rate was three points less.
