From someone with high dental anxiety, the staff at Imagecare is wonderful. Patient, kind, friendly. I had not had a cleaning in 12 years due to dental anxiety and the hygienist at Imagecare was excellent. No pain at all. I will be a regular cleaning patient now!
I have been going to I.C.D. for years and couldn't imagine myself going anywhere else. Ever!! They have always taken care of me. My hygienist remembers everything we talk about even when its 6 months later. I love yall!

I HATE dentists but am very comfortable with Imagecare for all my dental needs. I have always been treated very well and with lots of patience and always tell people about how much I like and trust Dr. Thompson. His staff is very professional and treat you with respect.
A dental experience? Yes, if you are used to waiting a long time (even though you had an appointment), you need to come here! Professional, polite and caring staff have your dental interest in mind..... and then there are the Dentists..... just amazing. I'm so glad I found this dental practice so close to me in Plano.

I'm always happy with the service I receive when I visit here. The staff are very friendly and the facility is very professional. Even when I moved farther away then when I started coming to this clinic, I still make the drive because it's the best service I've found.
I came in on Saturday and had a temp do my cleaning that day. I was very pleased with the hand scaling she provided. She was also very pleasant and upbeat. The experience was not painful either. Would recommend.
