I’ve had a very frustrating experience with CareView Medical Center. It’s almost impossible to reach anyone by phone because calls always go to voicemail, which tells you to use online booking instead. Unfortunately, the online booking system is constantly full, making it very difficult to get an appointment. I only needed a simple form signed, but even that has been extremely hard because there’s no practical way to access the clinic. I hope the clinic reviews this issue and improves access for patients.
