Had an appointment for my son at 12:45 I was told to come 15 minutes early, we got here at 12:27. It is currently 1:17 and we are still in the waiting room. The only reason we come here is because there isn’t many clinics in Kaufman other than that we would go else where! Do not recommend if you can make the drive somewhere else do it.

If I could give this clinic a zero star review I would. I took my mom to this clinic 2 weeks ago, for a simple annual wellness check and to get her blood pressure medications refilled as she was almost completely out of her medications and I relayed this information to the provider. Our appointment was at 9:30 AM, the provider didn't see her until 1:30 PM (4 HOURS LATER) and we were finally out of there until 2:30 PM.
