I made an appointment here to become an established patient. They had me wait 6 MONTHS to get in. Then, they called me the day of my appointment and told me they could not see me because my zip code was out of their jurisdiction. I asked why they waited to tell me this the day of the appointment and they said they just found out that week. We have had constant problems with these people. Today just finally did it for us. I called first thing this morning to make a routine teledoc appt for my son and his adhd meds which he has only one pill left, I told the lady we couldn’t come in person cus of the holiday weekend and today being first day back at work and school. Had an appointment for my son at 12:45 I was told to come 15 minutes early, we got here at 12:27. It is currently 1:17 and we are still in the waiting room. The only reason we come here is because there isn’t many clinics in Kaufman other than that we would go else where! Do not recommend if you can make the drive somewhere else do it.
