Had a problem with my Prior authorization getting denied. I was literally freaking out about not having my diabetes medication. My point of contact was Stacy she got right on it she was amazing!! It was nice to have transparent communication and now no worries about having the medicine I need.

I made an appointment here to become an established patient. They had me wait 6 MONTHS to get in. Then, they called me the day of my appointment and told me they could not see me because my zip code was out of their jurisdiction. I asked why they waited to tell me this the day of the appointment and they said they just found out that week.
