My PCP was great, one of the best pcps I have ever had, I have been on blood pressure medication for over a year at the time of writing this, however recently the pharmacy stopped refilling my prescription, so I called up and got a horrible attitude from the receptionist and news that my PCP was no longer with this clinic. If I could give 0 stars I would! I’ve had a new patient appointment scheduled since August of last year! That’s for 5 months then they give me a call a week before my scheduled appointment to tell me that they can’t keep an appointment because they’re not accepting new patients! She says I would’ve had to have had an appointment scheduled before October! August is before October last time I checked! If I could give no stars I would. I can never get into this office to be seen. When I am scheduled an appointment the day of they call and try to reschedule. They only have one NP in the office. I suggest continue your research for another office.
