Jonathan(last name unknown), was assigned to my mother’s account after her hip replacement. Such an exceptional, comfortable experience! Detail oriented, very communicative and just an all around down to earth, kind gentleman. Never pushed her beyond her capabilities, but motivated her to challenge herself. Such as, using her cane versus relying solely on her walker. Thank you Jon! We appreciate you so much!
Terrible. Saw a PT who was 15.minutes late came in took vitals and wrote down all my meds. Left after that. When I asked about schedule for therapy was told I would hear back. I had to call them 3days later and asked what was going.on.after a run around .I got a call back saying they were waiting to hear from my insurance company about getting paid. So much for putting people 1st. The whole think is joke. Terrible customer service . 1 star is to much but won't let.me give.them a negative

Got fired for not picking up a phone call on my day off. Holly and Kristina Dragon lied to regional manager Adam how they cant get in touch with me. Adam apologized! Toxic work environment. I wont recommend any nurse. No job security.Horrible Managers.They lost all their managers within a month
