Terrible. Saw a PT who was 15.minutes late came in took vitals and wrote down all my meds. Left after that. When I asked about schedule for therapy was told I would hear back. I had to call them 3days later and asked what was going.on.after a run around .I got a call back saying they were waiting to hear from my insurance company about getting paid. So much for putting people 1st. The whole think is joke. Terrible customer service . 1 star is to much but won't let.me give.them a negative

Got fired for not picking up a phone call on my day off. Holly and Kristina Dragon lied to regional manager Adam how they cant get in touch with me. Adam apologized! Toxic work environment. I wont recommend any nurse. No job security.Horrible Managers.They lost all their managers within a month
I am truly blown away by the professionalism, efficiency, and quality of care that Caretenders has provided for my wife. Any questions we’ve had were answered, exercises were clearly explained and demonstrated and I do not have enough words to describe how happy we are with their service. Physical therapy services and nursing for home care were outstanding and we worked with a fine gentleman named Brian who was unbelievably kind, considerate, and truly took his time to assist my wife with all of her needs and concerns.
