Receptionist is Elysha is very rude. Not helpful, no empathy. Worst customer service experience ever. I asked if I offended her in some way or upset her as she was so rude and dismissive. Holiday morning, online appointmrnt in 30 minutes, pleasant waiting area, patient care staff were thorough, professional, better exam than at the PCP office. Huge convenience to be able to get the antibiotic prescription at same time.
