Great staff, doctors, and clean facility. I didn't like that the online check-in provides an appointment time but doesn't save you a spot in line until you actually arrive and check-in. If I knew this ahead of time, I would've arrived a couple hours sooner.
Horrible customer service! Front desk staff is very rude! I had an appointment at 4pm and didn’t get seen until after 5:30! Very unorganized! The Fleming Island location is 100% better!!
One of the best places to go if you are having symptoms that need urgent care staff is amazing!
I've had to make appointments over the last 5 years at CareSpot when I couldn't get in to see my primary doctor. CareSpot has been great with my care. I appreciate we have a facility to go to when no other options are available.
