Do not go here if youre in desperate need of medical care. The lack of regard & inconvenience I experienced after battling a flu is unlike anything I have ever experienced from a provider. First the wait to be seen is horrible. Second after I was finally seen they sent my prescription to a pharmacy that didn’t exist. I highly recommend CareSpot!! I was able to get an appointment same day, the staff was Amazing! There really wasn’t a wait time and the Dr was great and very knowledgeable.

Horrible customer service from the receptionist to start off. You could barely hear her because of how quiet she talked she would literally roll her eyes at customers. I came here because my employer sent me here to do a drug test. I had an appointment at 8:30 they told me they cannot find the form in their system and to please email it to them after emailing it to them.
