I went in 8:20 and by 8:45 I was out, from the moment I went in the receptionist log me in and the nurse came to get me in the next 5 minutes took my vitals, soon as she steps out my doctor was in the next 2 mins, Dr Kristina Agranat was so professional and listen and engage in the problems I was having, I couldn’t have felt more comfortable with someone who really cared about you and her worked depicts the individual. Thank you all for caring about me. The services we render pays back to us. God bless you all.
I needed to go in for removal of stitches I had put in while overseas (my PCP was unavailable). I called in advance and the woman I spoke with was helpful and friendly. I scheduled my appointment online and was taken on time. The NP who saw me was friendly and competent. I was out the door about 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I have been here before for other things and have found it to be a good urgent care center - though sometimes very busy. I try to remember what a hard job it is before I judge the service.
