We came in with an APPOINTMENT for my daughter to have TWO sutures removed and somehow ended up waiting nearly THREE HOURS. I had already paid $200 self-pay when the sutures were placed at this same urgent care and was specifically told by the nurse practitioner that there would be NO additional charge to have them removed. When we returned, they tried to charge me another $200. After speaking with management, they finally agreed to honor what I had originally been told.
