Hire doctors. The PA was not even going to treat the infection. We were pretty certain it was not broken but to dismiss the swelling and severe pain did not make sense. Luckily my wife suggested that it was infected. The PA said, "yeah, it could be..I guess I could prescribe and antibiotic. Luckily he did and that solved the issue. I hate to think what would have happened had my wife not followed me back. Very nice people though.
