I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, waited 50 minutes, and only then was told I needed to go to another branch because they did not have the personnel available to provide the service I needed. Why wasn’t I informed when I checked in—or contacted before arriving? Making a patient wait nearly an hour before disclosing a staffing issue is unacceptable.... read more
