I didn’t have to wait long and the medical care was on point! Everyone there was very courteous and professional! Outstanding!
The staff are rude and do not provide updates when appointment times are missed by more than an hour. When I asked for a refund, they told me to "get out" and wouldn't give me a receipt. They said needing a receipt was a "you" problem. I went to MD Now on Merrill and was seen right away. I won't return to Care Spot, at least not this location.
