I honestly couldn't believe how insanely quick, easy and thorough this place really was, I've done D.O.T Physicals alot of different places but this one was by far the absolute best of them all... in and out in less than an hour after my appointment time... I've never seen any place keep appointments like this... they were on time and on point... Took 2 hours to get in
I would give zero stars if possible. We made an appointment for our son to be seen and get a strep test because many of his friends he was just traveling with all tested positive for strep yesterday. Upon arrival at the CareSpot Urgent Care in Gainesville Midtown, they told him he need to pay a previous bill from his brother's past visits for $185 before he could be seen. Front desk ladies where behind nice to my two kids and gave them coloring sheets with crayons to help occupy them, with that being said making an appointment and still having to wait over an hour to be seen was ridiculous. My kids were seen at UF pediatrics an hour before my appointment time day and we were in and out within 30 minutes. The doctor herself was very nice and helpful
Long lobby wait but worth it for the caring and professional attention I received. I will certainly return if I need medical assistance - far less stressful than an ER and much more affordable. Just bring snack & book for the possible long wait.
