Got misdiagnosed and my problem got worse due to the misdiagnosis. Extremely sad. Also, as I was waiting in the room, in a lot of pain, a bug fell on me from the ceiling, making me question their hygiene procedures at the clinic.
I went to this urgent care in Gainesville and had a very poor experience. I was misdiagnosed and prescribed medication that did not help and actually made my condition worse. After realizing the diagnosis was incorrect, I tried multiple times to get help from their staff so I could see the appropriate specialist (a gynecologist). Despite the fact that the problem started with their evaluation, no one took responsibility, no one helped with a referral, and I was left completely stuck in the system.
