I arrived at 8:40 AM and ended up waiting for over an hour while people who arrived after me were being seen before me. When I asked the woman at the front desk, she told me my spot was at 10:10 AM. I waited until 10:10, only to see yet another person who arrived after me get called in. When I asked when I would finally be seen, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive.
