I have never left a Google review in my life, but this place was so unbelievably bad that I had to. Do not come here if you do not want to be stuck at CareSpot your entire day. I came in for a simple drug screening and medical exam for pre-employment. This should take 15 minutes, not SIX HOURS. I waited nearly 2 hours because of a “paperwork issue,” just to be told they did not even have the equipment to do the drug test. Terribly run. Had a 1230 appointment and showed up 30 min early and got skipped for someone who had a 1:00 appointment. Also the person with 12:45 appointment got skipped too. Left at 1:20 after asking for refund after I asked for an explanation and got none.
