“Express” Healthcare? There is absolutely nothing express about this clinic. When I arrived, I specifically asked the front desk how long the wait would be because I needed to decide whether to stay or seek care elsewhere. I was told 30–40 minutes. After waiting over an hour, I asked Keyanna at the front desk for an update and was told it would be another 30–40 minutes.
