Staff is nice, but service is slow. I only have ARC to compare to. ARC is faster, but more "just the facts, ma'am." First time patient forms were painless, thanks to the app on the iPad they handed me. Facility is very nice. It was completely empty, so I can't tell you how loud it gets in there. For me quiet is important when I'm not feeling well. They charged me the copay for a specialist with Aetna insurance. For me that's $50 out of pocket instead of $30.
