Never in my life have I encountered a more spectacular display of corporate apathy disguised as a billing department. Attempting to reach Carespot’s billing “support” is like placing a call into the void and expecting anything other than cosmic indifference in return. Billing department is RUDE and will hang up in your face. I called after visiting and was told that I had a prior bill from over 1year ago that I never heard of. Come to find out, they sent a bill to an address I’ve had over 10yrs ago! Although they have a copy of my ID and all my check in paperwork is my correct address. My wife came in for an ear infection. They charged us over $250.00, including prescriptions. After a week of antibiotics, no improvement. I called and asked Erica, the phone answering person, to speak with the Dr or someone that could help us. She refused, she would not even ask the Dr to contact me. So, after explaining the situation again, I asked her what they could do to help my sick wife. The receptionist has been extremely unprofessional during my experience. She hangs up mid conversation and I can barely hear her when she does speak. I had labs sent 5 days ago with no updates or ways of communicating with a medical professional.
