Scheduling needs to be revamped. It's inconvenient for them to call the night before to say they will be at someone's home the next day. People don't just sit around waiting for them to call, they have lives and other things going on. Worst place ever for trying to get an appointment. Recommend not using unless you want to sit home all day waiting for an appt. They don't schedule until the night before which is ridiculous.
