Carescope has been extremely helpful in assisting my family get the right care for my grandmother. Sarah made my family feel like she was apart of our family with the amount of love and care she showed us. So helpful and really cares about her job. We used Carescope to provide "in-home" care for our father. The staff was very good once we worked out the scheduling (Need to call instead of emailing). Melissa, was especially amazing. "Thank you Melissa!" Oden was a wonderful caregiver and she took such good care of dad. She was also very nice, did little extra things, and was so very attentive. He transferred to a residential assisted living recently, and he will miss Oden. Overall, would highly recommend Carescope. Thank you to everyone! :) Teddy and family.
The entire team is fantastic from Sara to Nelly to Michael Everyone has so much compassion and are super helpful. I highly recommend this agency as it made the whole process so much easier and I felt like we’ve had helping hands all along the way
I was in need of someone to help in the care of my husband. I called Carescope and talked with Sarah Ballard who was very concerned about all aspects of my husband's illness and explained in detail as to what Carescope could do for us.
