Cares has to be the most unprofessional medical place of business iv ever encountered. Of course I was in the wrong after the clerk mentioned my mother which my mother was murdered. What im saying is if I came up there for a appointment why would you talk bad about my mother. For anyone reading this they dont deserve the services! Also the women that disrespected me has blonde hair and works the front desk in anniston. Also she's a older lady not young!
Don't waste your time at Cares of Anniston made appointment for 10:30 after 1130 now sill haven't been check or seen this place is extremely under staffed and over worked use to be a great place for general check up seeking a larger facility so can get a real appointment don't waste your time here making appointment
Horrible service waited 2 hours just to hear its depression and anxiety and then want me to take something and said “I would take it” well I’m not you and I’m glad I’m not bc if I was a doctor I would listen to my patients and if you looked up stuff on google like I did you wouldn’t think it was depression and anxiety so yea 1 star
