My daughter went to Cares at the Exchange and received NO treatment. She was there before 3pm & they updated her info and took her co pay money. Told her to sit in her car & that the doctor would call her at 4 but he never did. Right before 5 she went back into the office where the person out front was rude & told her they were busy then told her to drive around back & someone would bring her and excuse for her work that she had been there. Where do I start...??? Well the phone line was busy for 30 minutes trying to get a appointment for COVID testing per the websites request and calling then when I finally got through they told me I didn’t need an appointment to just come park and call which we all did (husband and 3 small children)!! 20 minutes of listening to the phone ring they finally answer and get my information and PAY and was told someone would be out there shortly to test us. Dr. Gains, after 3 weeks and 3 tele visits just gave up and refused to find out why my daughter has been running a fever. Refused to physically see her and do a proper examination. what a joke! He can take my insurance money and copays just to say "we can't see her or run test so just go to the ER". This is what a "checked out doctor" looks like!

The staff was so friendly to my daughter today! The ladies in the lab explained everything to my frightened 6 year old! Very caring staff!
Prescribed me medication and now will not clear me for work even though they were the ones that prescribed me the medication. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. To many issues. Nobody has time for that.
The wait time was extremely long. Very poor service. Refused to let me and my husband wait in the same room. You lost 5 patients today! I will NEVER return to CARES!
I hated the fact that we have been patients here for years and I called in advance to find out what time I needed to be there by. I left work early and had plenty of time to get to the office in Oxford by 5:30. There were several terrible accidents on the interstate and traffic everywhere.
