I went to URGENT care last night. I was prescribed an antibiotic for a painful infection. I waited for my prescription at my local pharmacy until closing and they never received my script. I called in the morning and got the same story. I called URGENT care back and the receptionist said that she would have to Call it in. Isn’t that nice that it was never done. BEWARE! I arrived today for an appointment scheduled online and when I arrived, a note on the door said they were closed since early March 2021. The number on the note just keeps ringing. A passerby said they have continued to take appointments online but have not been open.
WOW, why didn't they think of this type of urgent care sooner? I came to CarePort for a sore throat and was in and out in less than 15 minutes with an antibiotic. So convenient and fast. I would have waited at med express for an hour plus. The doctor appeared on the screen and listened to all of my concerns, he could even see my throat with their awesome equipment! It was like the doc was actually in the office examining me. I never seen anything like it but I know I will only come here for now on!!
