Went to harrington de location when my physician was not available. First I must say that the pharmacist that assists was phenomenal even w some system glitches. My first mistake was not realizing this without an MA like Dover location. So I spoke w a nurse prac explaining my copd and chronic bronchitis. Horrible, never received test results, called and emailed CarePort with no response, no one even answers the phone
I should have read the reviews before going to CarePortMD for a proactive COVID-19 test. This review is in regards to the company practices, not the providers who assisted me. The providers were great and that is why I am giving 1-Star. My job required me to have a rapid test (48-72 hours) prior to traveling. First, the scheduling system wasn't functioning properly and upon my arrival for my scheduled appointment I was not in the system. Luckily the provider scheduled me for later in the day. My wife went for a covid test at the Acme location in Newark. She needed the test for an international flight. She was told she would have the results in 48 to 72 hours. She hasn't received the test results yet and had to cancel her flight. No one is answering the phone. Don't go here.
