Don’t waste your time here if you want to feel heard and taken care of. The PA leads you on for surgery even when it’s moderate to severe, then Dr Mian will pick and choose and deny you for surgery at the last minute. He really does pick and choose doesn’t go by past scans , discussions or symptoms. Found this out the hard way
Came here to leave a review for Dr. Mian and was surprised at how few reviews there are. Dr. Mian, with Carepoint, is an exceptional surgeon! To see my, and his many other outstanding and honest reviews, google Dr. Mian instead of Carepoint.
I was seen by Dr. Hughes for the first time. He looked at his computer screen as I was telling him about my symptoms. Dr. Hughes was also looking at his watch towards the end of our appointment. My situation is unique because I had a decompression surgery for Chiari Malformation and have tethered cord syndrome. My journey with severe right-sided facial nerve pain spans more than 2 years. The PA and medical assistant were very nice and knowledgeable. However, found the front desk lady to be extremely rude with dark hair and glasses she’s kind of older. Should probably have a better attitude about things dealing with patients.
