Couldn’t have asked for a better experience in receiving necessary medical infusions. Very professional, and at the same time a friendly and comfortable environment. Explain exactly what they are doing throughout the procedure.

I have been 4 different infusion facilities and though they are all good, this one is above and beyond! Dr. Moussa and his wife Miriam go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The center is immaculate, they have wonderful thick warm blankets, cushy leather recliners, extra chairs if you need something to put your belongings on, or if you have a caretaker with you. I had such a great experience at CarePoint Infusion Center in Beachwood for IV iron infusions. They are extremely caring, kind, efficient & easy to work with, it made an otherwise not-so-fun experience really nice. I will definitely come back if I need additional services that they offer & am so grateful I found them.

I had to go through 3 weeks of IV infusions at this location. The staff was more than cordial. They were like extended family constantly checking on me seeing how I was doing. I was always comfortable and the attendant even brought snacks and refreshments while I waited. Super professional. Highly recommend!
