Unprofessional, disorganized. I used to take my son to this practice and Dr. Oko did a fine enough job, but I needed to switch due to a change in our household's insurance plans. I would avoid.. they always run late - every single time.. most of the time they are out of vaccinations even though the appointment was made for the vaccinations.. Only good thing is that Dr Oko but overall facility is pathetic

I’ve been chasing down a refund for a YEAR to no avail. They will be the first to report you to a credit bureau but conveniently aloof, cynical, and unresponsive about issuing a refund!

Don't go to this hospital most security are disrespectful and damn rude, patient representative Seton protects staff, Charge Nure Gwendolyn is overly aggressive so is Charge Nurse Shalanda is rude as hell. I got band for calling the police and filing a complaint with the department of health for their lack of care and they would feed change my mother with dementia and locked in a room with false positive covid19 test do not go and if you have issues call the department of health and complain.
