I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for pediatric care. Dr. Oko is the most detached medical professional I have ever encountered. The office staff is equally unprofessional. Getting any necessary forms or paperwork is an absolute nightmare. There is always an excuse - either the "system is down" or the doctor is out - and they just push you off until the next time. Unprofessional, disorganized. I used to take my son to this practice and Dr. Oko did a fine enough job, but I needed to switch due to a change in our household's insurance plans. The process to get our son's medical record transferred to our new pediatrician has been a massive headache: I submitted the record transfer form to Carepoint's office manager over 2 months ago, but even after repeated calls to their office and to the outsourced provider they referred me to (ChartFast, which never picks up their phone or returns my ... read more

I would avoid.. they always run late - every single time.. most of the time they are out of vaccinations even though the appointment was made for the vaccinations.. Only good thing is that Dr Oko but overall facility is pathetic

I’ve been chasing down a refund for a YEAR to no avail. They will be the first to report you to a credit bureau but conveniently aloof, cynical, and unresponsive about issuing a refund!
