I would like to express deep concerns about the billing system this company uses. We have been charged for 33 hours for one 24 hour day. It is impossible to charge for more hours in a day. We have requested multiple times for the correct hours to be charged and Brian and his assistant Donna keep making excuses stating that is the way the system works. The staff at Carepoint haven’t just made it possible for my mother to safely remain in her home. They’ve made it possible for me to have peace of mind and given me a real partner in helping to give her dignity and care as she ages. “Couldn’t do it without them” is an understatement.
Carepointe is a perfect fit for the type of care we need for my Aunt. Rachel was wonderful to work and always kept in close contact with our family. She was patient and kind.
