I needed assistance in getting my grandpa placed in a memory care facility. Laura, Riana, and Leslie all went above and beyond to help make this happen. They advocated for me in dealing with the hospital, helped coordinate with the real estate agent who has been amazing in taking care of getting the real estate. She was available whenever I needed her and had all the answers I needed as well. She guided me through the process and took me to many facilities to weigh the pros and cons of each place.
