I needed assistance in getting my grandpa placed in a memory care facility. Laura, Riana, and Leslie all went above and beyond to help make this happen. They advocated for me in dealing with the hospital, helped coordinate with the real estate agent who has been amazing in taking care of getting the real estate. Laura made time to meet me right away in the middle of a rushed, forced change in my mom’s living situation. Rami Was amazing. She was available whenever I needed her and had all the answers I needed as well. She guided me through the process and took me to many facilities to weigh the pros and cons of each place. Thank you, Care Patrol for all your help in finding a home for my mom!
When my friend started having memory issues Rami from Care Patrol was there to help us find things we did not know we needed. She helped locate many places for our friend to live and give him the help he needed. At 83 he was confident he needed no added help. Two different calls at nights finding him lost or the last time 70 miles from home confirmed it. Rami could not tell us what to do but gave us options to choose from. It is hard to give up your independence you have had for that many years. Rami THANK YOU!
Rami did a fabulous job in helping us find an assisted living community for my 95 year old father. I would highly recommend her to any family looking for help!
