They are very friendly,easy going easy company. I appreciate from the help from their psw staff. Their PSW's are nice, friendly,easy going,caring and good listeners when they help me out.
Hi there, I just want to tell you how much we appreciate Faith. She comes here on Tuesdays and Thursdays and last week. She was away on vacation. We had a really hard time trying to get a Tuesday appointment and it seemed that the scheduling centre was not in coordination so we didn’t get anyone to help on Tuesday. My psw is Owen S. He helps me out alot with everyday things like showering on a commode,, bed baths , washing dishes. Mopping floor or sweeping taking garbage out, cleaning bathroom fixtures. I really think a lot of Owen.
Would be a zero if it was available. This company never has anyone available, they always phone to reschedule. My sister in law lives with us and suffered a stroke so she needs help with a shower twice a week. Tuesday and Friday, it's hard on my daughter and I as we both work full time and I suffer from FM. But every week without fail at least one or both days they are trying to reschedule. Worst company I have ever dealt with!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT YOUR LOVED ONE TO BE CARED FOR PROPERLY!
