Went in for a molar extraction. Two and a half hours later, I was sent to a second careone office because Dr. Tan could not get the rest ofthe root extracted. They sent me off, mouth numb bleeding and full of gauze. After aarriving at the second office another x-ray was taken. The assistant set it up on the lower tooth instead of the obvious upper missing, bleeding tooth. I had to let her know this. Four days later, my face is bruised, lip cut and mouth in great pain. I will never go back.

worst dental practice ever. Went in for a filling and the doctor had no idea what I was in for. She had to ask me. Can't you look at my chart? She was so rough during my procedure, there are often times I needed to gag because her hand was too deep in my throat. she did not cared and started to nag at me. Also, the conversation between both doctors was not professionals at all. Talking about other co-workers and what not. and one thing that worried me was how they were talking about their illness. 0 stars, horrible place. I went to go get a wisdom tooth removed, and when I went in they told me there was something wrong w/ my fillings and that they had to be redone. I said whatever, okay. I was mostly concerned about my wisdom tooth, so I didn't really think about it. They weren't very professional, and I felt like I was more of a paycheck to them than a person that needed their teeth to be fixed. The best service I have ever received. Exelent prices and staff. I love the half off insurance the offer as well. Excellent.
