I wholeheartedly recommend Careology to anyone in need of home health services. They were outstanding in every way. Our caregiver, Laurel, was compassionate, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for each visit. Communication was excellent, appointments were reliable, and every interaction made us feel supported. Having such skilled and compassionate care during a stressful time made all the difference. We are deeply grateful for the care we received and will actually miss seeing them!

I have recently gotten to see Felicia at work with one of her patients…she is incredible! She is super compassionate and able to anticipate needs before they happen! She is a great communicator and is incredibly patient and compassionate! She offers to honor her people with privacy when appropriate, and best of all her people FEEL the quality of her care, they trust her, and it makes all the difference in their lives!

Laurel is truly one of the best in private duty, so reliable, compassionate, and easy to work with. She brings such a calm, supportive presence to every situation and consistently goes above and beyond for both her patients and her team. Anyone who gets to work with her is lucky.
