We’ve been to the Cos Cobber many times before. Tonight’s daily special soup, pasta fagioli, was outstanding. The soup was the perfect balance of tomato and broth with a richness that just made it. And of course there were beans, pasta, and mirepoix. I had the chicken francese, which was lightly battered with the perfect balance of lemon, wine and butter. Great food, at a nice local place, and comfortable ambience.
