I had a really frustrating experience at this location. After finishing my paperwork, I received a text telling me to come to the front desk, so I assumed it was my turn to be seen. Instead, I ended up sitting there for another 45 minutes with no explanation or update from the staff. What made it even more frustrating was watching at least five patients who arrived after me get called back before I did. Great Customer Service and Fast Service
The hispanic lady at the front desk needed to rectify a DOB and it was like announcing to everyone in the waiting room. “So your DOB is bla bla bla bla and everyone in the waiting room is looking at her like you have to be this loud. Its the same way when front desk asks for card info and repeat is as loudly as can be for anyone with a cell phone to record. Protect your patients always.
They were very professional and fast also pleasant and nice!! Would recommend 10/10 service
