The first time I was here the doctor argued I had staph when it was indeed not staph and a bacterial infection. The second time I wasn't seen by a doctor... but a physicians assistant who didnt care to listen I had been there before they perscribed me this and it helped. He instead told me I was wrong perscribed me something different that stings my face so bad and is ineffective as it slides off my face, and told me to her an appointment with a dermatologist. I love this clinic they are very friendly and helpful. Everytime I've been here has been a pleasant, smooth process.
Even though I explained that i was financially distressed to the receptionist and was without insurance and I needed a cyst removed, they had already known they couldnt perform the procedure and would just give me a referral, but that didnt stop them from collecting my payment and basically robbing me of money i honestly couldn't afford to spend in the first place. This is why people choose to just die in the ER, because the people you expect to help and take care you, dont. So much for the hippocratic oath. Just a money gra... read more
I’ve been in here a few times and the staff has been so friendly and helpful. They have always taken care to explain everything thoroughly and make sure all my questions are answered. I am satisfied with my care.
