Great experience! Whole staff from reception to the doctor was very kind and helpful. Glad I drove a little further to find a good urgent care location. Will come here again if I need something
In and out quickly and the staff (including the receptionist) and doctor were nice, efficient and knowledgeable. Came in for a secondary infection off the backend of the flu and they got me sorted.
Great experience
I'm still waiting to be seen, over 90 mins pass my expected wait time. I've seen 2 people already go before us. Ask the receptionist about it and was given attitude, and bs generic excuses. I scheduled over an hour in advance got a txt that stated i was ready to be seen, only to get thrown out of queue by the receptionist and still waiting currently closing in on 2 hours pass when I got that txt. This place is crap, now.
Very courteous and professional and knowledgeable. They listen to your concerns and answer your questions. Dr. Oglesby is super nice and listens to all of your concerns
