Woman at the front desk helped me tremendously making sure my insurance plan covered my visit. The doctor/NP/PA I’m not sure of his title, but introduced as Austin, was so helpful! He actually took time to listen to my concerns and walk me through his logic for treatment (even cited recent studies). This was my third visit to an urgent care within a few days and the experience was night and day compared. Thank you again, Austin! 10/10 entire staff was amazing.

Short wait time, excellent customer service and the doctor quickly assessed my medical issue and came up with a treatment plan.
From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with care and compassion. The receptionist was so kind and smiling and just phenomenal. I tested positive for covid while in Alaska, then we came home and I had another positive test, ugh again, covid. When I went in there, they retested me and thank God it was only a very mild case and had left. There were many people and I waited a bit.
