Went through the entire process of checking in, paying co-pay, and having vitals taken, then was later informed my issue isn’t treated here. Would have been nice to know this upfront when I was checking in online, where I detailed the issue prior to driving to the location. The staff was nice and understanding, just wish the check in process would have caught that the identified issue isn’t treated at this location.
