Dr Frank and staff are caring and compassionate about their work and extremely professional. I always honestly feel cared for. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

I visited Dr. Frank's practice twice in one month and both times were very comfortable and pleasant experiences. I am a young person who is accustomed to being offered unnecessary services through previous dental care and was unsatisifed with being kept in the dark during treatment plans. Dr. Frank and her staff are kind, gentle, and took the time to explain everything to me that was being executed as part of my care plan. I have no plans to find another dental provider anytime soon. Bless Dr. Frank and her wonderful staff!
I have had a great experience with Mansfield Dental Care. All treatments I have received have been on time and exactly as expected & scheduled. My son has also had the same experience as me.My husband has not. He scheduled an appointment for a regular checkup and cleaning but arrived to be told he was on the schedule for a deep cleaning which he has already declined so he walked out after 20 minutes of no one coming to talk to him about the issue.

I've been a patient of Dr. Frank for 6+ years now and she is fabulous. Dr. Frank and her dental assistant, Christie, are competent and accommodating as they miraculously removed an inferior crown which was recently cemented to my new implant. Even the dentist who placed the crown (not Dr. Frank) said it would be impossible to remove, yet Dr. Frank and Christie came up with a plan to remove the faulty crown and replaced it with a beautiful new crown that doesn't trap food.
