Terrible, terrible, terrible. Ashley the receptionist is horrible and need to bounce. Angela the manager is clueless Don't get me started on the so called provider Andrew's. About clueless as a rock. Stay Away and avoid at all cost! Will end up wasting your time and money!
The staff was very friendly. I got seen quickly. Also by Tuesday I was better. Thank you CUC Raytown.

Ashley is the absolute best! She was so nice and friendly and I really couldn’t have asked for a better staff!
I have used this Clinic 4 or 5 times in the past year and have received excellent care and service. I recommend it highly.
if i wanted to wait 1.5 hours i could of just went to the regular er. thought id try to save time and that's not the case. and still waiting
Doctor wouldn’t do tests - walked into exam room and first thing out of her mouth was “I don’t know what’s wrong!” Absolutely the worst doctor I’ve ever seen.
Great experience with the entire staff. Got in average wait time. I wld return if needed urgent care again.
