It was early and I did not feel well. Everyone was really nice and efficient to get tests done and let me know results. Karen was very nice and was gentle with the swabbing of my very inflamed tonsils. And Craig was nice about saying — they are all negative, sleep, hydrate and gargle warm salt water. Appreciate the online checking and the kind lady in the front
