They don't have their act together. They forgot to file the claim with my insurance, missed the deadline, and now, more that 18 months later, they are trying to collect the money from me, to pay for their own negligence.
I felt rushed out, they wanted an ultrasound done "stat" said someone would contact me immediately about scheduling it...that was 8 days ago. Told me to put heat and ice on my ankle where it was swollen. I told them I had Lymphedema and the last thing that should be done is heat/cold which can seriously cause damage.
3 hour wait. 4 days later I'm getting sicker an they want me to pay another copay to be seen. I feel like that should be under follow up care. Obviously the PA didnt diagnose properly. I HAVE YET TO SEE AN ACTUAL DOCTOR JUST PA.
Very clean building, friendly staff. My nurse practitioner was very professional and helpful, and cared about my needs. I would return in the future if needed.
Went I for a wellness check up, after fasting for 9 hours I just wanted my blood drawn. I waited 1hr 45min before I was done. Then the girl butchered my arm, it black and blue and hurts real bad.
Great facility and great people work there. Sure was nice that they built that near my house
kept waiting in a room more than hour in a hospital gown after having received treatment 48 hrs before and returning due to complications, NEVER EVEN SAW A DOCTOR today. Horrible customer service combined with excuses from a bunch of people that clearly do not care.
